Who Are the Solutions Architects?
The Futurex Solutions Architects, as their name aptly implies, excel at drawing up solutions to cryptographic problems. They are our all-in-one industry experts. They have engineering skills, people skills, and cyber security skills, all of which allow them to perform versatile functions such as:

- Customer support
- Solution design and implementation
- On-site consultation

Solutions Architects are CTGA-accredited auditors, so they’re knowledge of industry standards allows them to walk into any customer conversation with assuredly valuable insight.
How Our Solutions Architects Get to Know the Customer
When a customer decides to use the Futurex Hardened Enterprise Security Platform, a Solutions Architect works closely with the customer to meet all project goals. This often includes an onsite visit, training, audit preparation, and many more professional services. The onsite visit allows the Solutions Architect to gather critical data about the client’s current cryptographic environment and needs, and therefore, garner a more custom solution and implementation. This involves not only the project at hand, but any future expansions. During the product training, the Solutions Architects further get to know the customer’s team. By the end of the process, the Solutions Architects will know enough about the customer to offer exactly what’s needed—which can sometimes be different than what was asked for.
