Futurex Receives “Best Places to Work in San Antonio” Honor for 7th Consecutive Year

BULVERDE, Texas — Futurex, a global leader in hardened, enterprise-class data security solutions, has been named one of the San Antonio’s “Best Places to Work” by the San Antonio Business Journal for the seventh consecutive year.

The “Best Places to Work” awards recognize top organizations in the San Antonio area based on metrics gathered in an anonymous survey. This survey asks employees to rate their employer’s corporate culture, executive leadership, work environment, employee benefits, corporate events, compensation, and overall job satisfaction. Futurex was placed as a top employer with consistently high rankings in all of these categories from a record-setting employee response rate of over 98%.

“An employee and customer-centric mindset is at the core of our business, and we strive to provide an environment where each member of our team wants to spend their entire career here,” said Brett Smith, CEO of Futurex. “Commitment, teamwork, and a passion for innovation is visible at all levels of our organization, and I am very pleased to see our team honored with this award for the seventh straight year.”

Futurex employees based their satisfaction on a diverse range of employee benefits, citing substantial and rapid advancement opportunities, an Employee Health Initiative that includes a complimentary gym membership; regular celebratory events for employees and their families; impactful work; and a family-style corporate culture.
