Invenco Selects VirtuCrypt for Global IoT Security Infrastructure
AUSTIN, Texas – August 2, 2016 – Invenco, a leading global provider of self-service payment systems, including outdoor payment terminals used in fuel pumps, has selected VirtuCrypt Elements to provide its object signing and remote key loading infrastructure.
VirtuCrypt Elements offers functionality-specific solutions for broad organizational needs. The services include full, automatic scalability to accommodate even the most demanding of performance requirements and can seamlessly expand functionality to support the latest industry best practices and cryptographic algorithm support.
By incorporating VirtuCrypt Elements into the core of its manufacturing infrastructure, Invenco is able to take advantage of the latest data security advancements and deploy them in a rapid, standards-compliant manner. With this service, its payment terminals are digitally signed before first deployment, enabling the establishment of an encrypted, mutually authenticated connection later used by the Remote Key Loading service to securely transport cryptographic keys on-demand. The service is managed through the web-based VirtuCrypt Intelligence Portal Dashboard, giving Invenco full visibility into its environment from any location.
